Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Definitions

In these conditions the following terms apply:

  1. Entrepreneur: the natural legal person who offers products and / or services at distance to consumer;
  2. Consumer: means a natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and concerned a distance contract with the entrepreneur;

Article 3 - Applicability

  1. These general conditions apply to each offer from the operator and each agreement reached at a distance between the entrepeneur and consumers.
  2. All agreements between the entrepreneur and consumers are by Dutch law.

Article 4 - The Offer

  1. If an offer has a limited duration or conditions of qualification, this explicitly stated in the offer.

Article 6a - Right of withdrawal upon delivery of products

Article 9 - The price
